1. Garlic Honey Syrup for Colds and Coughs 

Ingredients: 5 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup honey Instructions: Crush garlic, mix with honey, let sit overnight. Take 1 tsp as needed.

2. Garlic Oil for Ear Infections

Ingredients: 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp olive oil  Instructions: – Heat crushed garlic in oil for 10 minutes, strain, cool. Use a few drops in the ear.

3. Garlic Steam for Congestion

Ingredients:4 garlic cloves, water  Instructions: Boil water with crushed garlic, remove from heat. Inhale steam with a towel over your head for 5-10 minutes.

4. Garlic Infused Honey for Immunity

Ingredients:5 garlic cloves, 1 cup honey  Instructions: Lightly crush garlic, mix with honey, let infuse for a week. Take 1 tsp daily.

5. Garlic Paste for Acne:  

Ingredients:3 garlic cloves  Instructions:Crush garlic into a paste, apply to acne, leave for 5-10 minutes, rinse off. Use cautiously on sensitive skin.

6. Garlic Foot Soak for Fungal Infections:  

Ingredients:5 garlic cloves, warm water   Instructions:Crush garlic, add to warm water, soak feet for 20 minutes.
