1. Ginger Tea for Digestion and Nausea:

Ingredients: 1-2 inches fresh ginger, 2 cups water, honey, lemon (optional) Instructions: Boil water, add sliced ginger, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain, add honey and lemon to taste.

2. Ginger Honey Throat Syrup

Ingredients: 2-inch ginger, 1/2 cup honey  Instructions: Grate ginger, mix with honey, let sit for a few hours. Take a teaspoon as needed.

3. Ginger Compress for Muscle Pain

Ingredients: 3-inch ginger, water, cloth. Instructions: Grate ginger, boil in water for 10 minutes. Soak cloth in ginger water, apply to sore muscles.

4. Ginger and Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients: 1-inch ginger, 1-inch turmeric (or 1 tsp powder), 1 banana, 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup almond milk  Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.

5. Ginger Lemon Detox Water 

Ingredients: 2-inch ginger, 1 lemon, water  Instructions: Slice ginger and lemon, add to water, refrigerate overnight. Drink throughout the day.

6. Ginger Oil for Joint Pain

Ingredients: 3-inch ginger, 1 cup olive or coconut oil  Instructions: Grate ginger, heat with oil on low for 30 minutes. Strain and store. Massage onto joints.

7. Ginger Steam Inhalation for Respiratory Health

Ingredients: 2-inch ginger, water  Instructions: Slice ginger, boil in water, remove from heat. Inhale steam with a towel over your head for 5-10 minutes.
